目的为改善农村全日寄宿制高中生的营养状况,对高中生连续3 a营养综合干预,观察对学生体质的影响,旨在对农村全日寄宿制高中生存在的营养问题提出合理的对策和措施。方法 2009-2011年对珠海市2所农村全日寄宿制共665名高中生进行了3 a连续营养综合干预,并对干预前后营养摄入水平,一日三餐分配及体质状况进行对比。结果学生接受3 a营养综合干预后,蔬菜、水果的摄入量分别提高了52.4 g和45.7 g。男生核黄素和Vit C的摄入量与RNIs比较分别提高了21.4%和11.5%,能量、脂肪和钠的摄入量分别下降了8.1%和10.0%和25.5%;女生铁摄入量提高到15.1 g。晚餐的能量分配下降了6.0%,学生营养不良率由8.9%下降到5.3%(P<0.01),贫血率由9.6%下降到6.5%(P<0.05)。结论连续3 a的营养综合干预对提高农村全日寄宿制高中生的营养水平、体质状况有一定作用,有利于提高学生身体素质。
The purpose is to improve the nutritional status of boarding school senior high school students in rural areas for three consecutive years of high school students comprehensive nutritional intervention to observe the impact on the students’ constitution, aimed at rural boarding high school students present nutrition problems and reasonable measures and measures. Methods A total of 665 high school students from 2 rural boarding schools in Zhuhai from 2009 to 2011 were enrolled in the three-year continuous nutrition comprehensive intervention. The nutritional intake, the three meals a day, and the physical condition were compared before and after the intervention. Results After 3-year comprehensive nutritional intervention, students’ intake of vegetables and fruits increased by 52.4 g and 45.7 g respectively. Dietary intake of riboflavin and vitamin C increased by 21.4% and 11.5%, respectively, and intake of energy, fat and sodium decreased by 8.1% and 10.0% and 25.5%, respectively, compared with RNIs; while female iron intake increased to 15.1 g. The energy allocation for dinner dropped by 6.0%, the malnutrition rate dropped from 8.9% to 5.3% (P <0.01), and the anemia rate dropped from 9.6% to 6.5% (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nutrition intervention for 3 consecutive days has some effects on improving the nutritional level and physical fitness of all-day boarding high school students in rural areas, which is good for improving students’ physical fitness.
