人力资源是图书馆的宝贵资源,是图书馆发展的核心因素。人力资源的数量与质量直接决定图书馆事业的活力和发展水平,决定着对文献资源的利用与开发效果。积极引进优秀人才、合理调整部门机构、全面推行聘用制、加强馆员的继续教育、建立动态的激励机制是高校图书馆实施人力资源管理的有效途径。
Human resources is a valuable resource for libraries and a core factor in the development of libraries. The quantity and quality of human resources directly determine the vitality and level of development of the library industry, and determine the utilization and development effect of the literature resources. The active introduction of talented people, rational adjustment of departmental agencies, the full implementation of the employment system, to strengthen the continuous education of librarians, to establish a dynamic incentive mechanism is an effective way for university libraries to implement human resources management.
