一解放几年来,随着国家社会主义建设事业的发展,南京市的中小学教育有了很大发展,中小学教师的队伍日益扩大。现在全市中学、师范共有教职员2576人,较1950年增加了三倍;小学、幼儿园共有教职员和教养员(包括民办的)5282入,较1950年增加了一倍。与数量大有增加的同时,绝大多数教师的社会主义觉悟也有了显著提高。大家要求进步,努力学习,积极钻研教学;许多人在教学工作中都积累了丰富的经验,有了很多创造。全市中学、师范教师制作的直观教具,单数学、物理两科就有二、三千件,上学期的新制作就有150多种。其中不少教具对解决数学困难提高教学效果起了显著作用。
In the past few years since the liberation of the country, with the development of the national socialist construction project, primary and secondary school education in Nanjing has developed a lot, and the ranks of primary and secondary school teachers have been expanding. At present, there are 2,576 teachers and staff members in secondary schools and normal schools in the city, which has tripled compared to 1950. There are 5,282 teachers and teachers (including private ones) in primary schools and kindergartens, which is double the number in 1950. With the increase in the number of people, the vast majority of teachers have also noticeably improved their socialist consciousness. Everyone demands progress, study hard, and actively study teaching; many people have accumulated rich experience in teaching and have had many creations. The visual aids produced by middle schools and normal teachers in the city have two or three thousand pieces of mathematics and physics, and there are over 150 new productions in the previous semester. Many of these teaching aids have played a significant role in solving mathematical difficulties and improving teaching effectiveness.
