作为电信运营商转型的重要业务,ICT业务包括了物联网、行业信息化、弱电智能化、社区信息化等诸多业务。目前,ICT业务发展迅速,其中社区信息化业务增长尤其迅猛。社区信息化业务主要是指在住宅小区中的智能信息化业务,具体包括综合布线、安防系统、一卡通系统、楼宇自控、计算机网络系统等。其中,计算机网络系统及综合布线系统处于基础地位。目前,一般社区信息化项目中计算机网络系统及综合布线系统方面的成本要占总造价的30%左右,且施工难度较大,后期的维护成本较高。此外,传统的计算机网络及综合布线建设不能体现电信运营商在社区信息化方面的优势。为此,电信运营商经过不断实践和总结,提出了利用运营商现有的EPON网络来解决社区信息化中计算机网络的建设及部分综合布线系统的建设问题。在本文中,笔者通过技术分析及社区信息化业务具体案例分析,全面梳理了EPON网络的建设要点,总结了EPON网络建设业务发展相关原则。
As an important business of telecom operators’ transformation, ICT business includes many businesses such as Internet of Things, industry informatization, weak intelligence and community informatization. At present, the rapid development of ICT business, especially the rapid growth of community information services. Community information business mainly refers to the intelligent residential information in the residential business, including specific cabling, security systems, card systems, building automation, computer network systems. Among them, the computer network system and integrated wiring system in a fundamental position. At present, the cost of computer network system and integrated wiring system in general community informatization project accounts for about 30% of the total cost, and the construction is more difficult and the post-maintenance cost is higher. In addition, the traditional construction of computer networks and integrated wiring can not reflect the advantages of telecom operators in community informatization. To this end, telecom operators continue to practice and concluded that the use of existing operators of the EPON network to solve the construction of computer networks in community information and part of the integrated wiring system construction. In this paper, the author through the technical analysis and community information business case analysis of a comprehensive analysis of the construction of EPON network points, summarized EPON network construction business development principles.
