本文报道苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)生物碱1~6在电子轰击下的质谱特征。用高分辨精确质量测定和亚稳跃迁测试研究它们的裂解规律,探讨这类生物碱的空间构型、D环双键位置对质谱裂解的影响。
This article reports the mass spectrometry characteristics of alkaloids 1 to 6 of Sophora alopecuroides L. under electron bombardment. Using high-resolution accurate mass measurements and metastable transition tests to study their lysis rules, the spatial configuration of these alkaloids and the effect of the position of the D-ring double bond on mass spectrometry cleavage were explored.
