研究补阳还五汤和黄芪对脑缺血及其再灌注损伤与脑组织兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)的影响。采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型,于缺血后 15min、再灌注48h取脑组织测定Gin、Asp、GA-BA、Gly。结果显示:缺血15min后,脑组织Glu、Asp含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),GABA含量升高(P<0.05),补阳还五汤和黄茂可降低脑组织Glu含量(P<0.05)。缺血后15min再灌注48h后,脑组织Glu及Asp含量显著升高(P<0.05),补阳还五汤和黄茂均可使脑组织Glu含量降低(P<0.05)。说明补阳还五汤和黄民抗缺血性脑损伤的作用机理可能与其对抗脑缺血及其再灌注后EAA的升高有关。
To study the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Radix Astragali on cerebral ischemia, reperfusion injury and excitatory amino acids (EAA) in brain tissue. The cerebral ischemic model was clamped by bilateral common carotid arteries in gerbils. Gin, Asp, GA-BA and Gly were measured at 15 min after ischemia and 48 h after reperfusion. The results showed that the contents of Glu and Asp in brain tissue increased significantly after ischemia for 15 min (P<0.05, P<0.01), GABA content increased (P<0.05). Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Huangmao can reduce Glu in brain tissue. Content (P<0.05). After reperfusion for 15 min after ischemia, the contents of Glu and Asp in brain tissue were significantly increased (P<0.05). Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Huangmao can reduce the content of Glu in brain tissue (P<0.05). The mechanism of action of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Huangmin on ischemic brain injury may be related to its role in combating cerebral ischemia and EAA elevation after reperfusion.
