针对非电产品可靠性评估中选择故障分布模型的问题,提出了研究小样本下用指数分布代替威布尔分布的可行性和可信性.建立了有关评价准则和指标,并用蒙特卡洛仿真得出了统计结果.给出一个工程应用实例.
Aiming at the problem of choosing fault distribution model in reliability evaluation of non-electrical products, the feasibility and credibility of substituting exponential distribution for Weibull distribution in small samples are proposed. Relevant evaluation criteria and indicators were established, and the statistical results were obtained by using Monte Carlo simulation. Give an example of engineering application.
