在Hitperm合金基础上制备了成分为Fe64Co16Zr7B12Cu1的非晶纳米晶合金带,并对其组织特征及软磁性能进行了研究。结果表明:Fe64Co16Zr7B12Cu1合金具有较好的非晶形成能力和热稳定性;非晶态合金随着温度的升高晶化程度增加,断裂方式逐渐转变为沿晶断裂。合金经过适当的热处理后,饱和磁感应强度Bs和最大磁导率μm均有一定提升,最高分别达到Bs=1.47T,μm=2.67×104。
Based on Hitperm alloy, an amorphous nanocrystalline alloy ribbon with composition Fe64Co16Zr7B12Cu1 was prepared and its microstructure and soft magnetic properties were studied. The results show that the Fe64Co16Zr7B12Cu1 alloy has better amorphous formation ability and thermal stability. The amorphous state increases with increasing temperature, and the fracture mode transforms into intergranular fracture. After proper heat treatment, the saturation magnetic flux density Bs and the maximum magnetic permeability μm all increase to a certain extent, reaching Bs = 1.47T and μm = 2.67 × 104 respectively.
