随着世界经济一体化进程的不断加快,我国走出去的步伐也不断地加大,社会主义市场经济不断发展,自2001年加入WTO之后,对外贸易也取得了很大的进步,外贸企业的电子商务业务日益崛起,外贸企业对跨境电子商务英语专业人才的需求数量越来越大,对人才质量的要求也越来越高。但就目前形势来看,传统的高职商务英语教学模式下培养出来的人才的数量、质量与现代企业的实际需求之间的差距越来越大。很多的高职院校领导,也逐渐意识到了目前跨境电商就业市场上的英语人才短缺现状,寻求探索和改革的道路来培养更多的专业化人才。该文在分析高职商务英语目前教学现状及存在问题的基础上,提出跨境电商人才需求现状以及高职院校专业人才培养的弊端,然后以这些问题为基点,探索跨境电商背景下高职院校商务英语教学的改革路径,为跨境电商提供更多的人才资源。
As the process of world economic integration continues to accelerate, the pace of China’s going abroad has also continued to increase. The socialist market economy continues to develop. Many of the leaders of higher vocational colleges are also gradually aware of the current shortage of English talents in the cross-border e-commerce employment market and seek ways of exploration and reform to train more specialized talents. Based on the analysis of the current teaching status and existing problems of business English in higher vocational schools, this paper puts forward the current situation of demand for cross-border electronic business professionals and the disadvantages of training professionals in higher vocational colleges.
