长时间在紫外线灯直射下工作所致抽搐、昏迷较罕见,现将作者所遇2例报告如下: 临床资料2例均为女性,年龄18和40岁,发病前在紫外线灯下工作8~10h后发生昏迷、四肢抽搐。入院时T,P,R,BP均正常。颈软,瞳孔等大、等圆,对光反应存在。1例皮肤暴露部位潮红。治疗:吸氧、20%甘露醇250ml和安定10mg静注,1例给予地塞米松20mg静注。结果:患者分别于治疗后1h和6h神志恢复,1例遗留短时肌肉颤搐。 讨论 紫外线是位于电磁波谱紫色光之外,波长从160~400nm的辐射线。紫外线的生物学作用,
