中国的职业教育自1999年以来,无论从学校数量还是招生数量上,都有了空前发展,规模堪称世界第一,但教学模式却缺乏创新,教学质量提高不快,不能适应经济发展的需要。要提高职业教育质量,许多问题有待解决,但诸多问题之首是企业的参与问题。目前中国的职业教育基本上是学校主导的职业教育,企业的参与热情不高。如何解决这一难题,下面我们认真分析德国企业参与职业教育的积极性来自哪里,以期受到启发,进行借鉴和改造。
Since 1999, vocational education in China has enjoyed unprecedented growth in terms of both the number of schools and the number of students enrolled. Since 1999, the scale of teaching has become the largest in the world. However, the teaching model lacks innovation and the quality of teaching is unhappy. It can not meet the needs of economic development. To improve the quality of vocational education, many problems need to be solved, but the first of many problems is the participation of enterprises. At present, vocational education in China is basically a school-led vocational education, and its enthusiasm for participating in enterprises is not high. How to solve this problem, here we carefully analyze the enthusiasm of German companies to participate in vocational education from where, in order to be inspired, to learn from and transform.
