肿瘤转移是全世界关注的热点,近年来血小板与肿瘤细胞间的相互作用成为了具前途的抗肿瘤转移靶点。血小板活化后如何介导肿瘤转移,有哪些具体的作用环节,如何从这些环节中寻找出中医药抗肿瘤转移的新靶点是研究人员近年来密切关注的课题。而活血化瘀是中医治疗肿瘤的重要法则,活血化瘀中药在中医治疗肿瘤的临床实践中使用频率很高,因此查阅了国内外大量的文献,总结了血小板在肿瘤转移中的作用环节,并且以活血化瘀中药丹参为例,分析了其以血小板为靶点抗肿瘤转移的前景,以期为广大医药工作者寻找抗肿瘤转移的新靶点提供思路和依据。
