结肠癌是常见恶性肿瘤之一,在胃肠道癌中居第二位。预防结肠癌的发病,饮食因素是不可忽视的。目前认为,结肠癌的饮食危险因素如下: 1.高脂饮食。成人脂肪供给量所占每日总热量以不超过35%为宜,其中须含足量必需脂肪酸(多存在于植物油中)。如果长期摄入高脂饮食,结肠癌的发病率显著增加。比较一下发达国家与非发达国家的饮食结构,发达国家中人偏于高脂饮食,结肠癌发病率较高,反之,非发达国家的结肠癌发病率则较低。
Colon cancer is one of the common malignancies and ranks second in gastrointestinal cancer. To prevent the onset of colon cancer, dietary factors cannot be ignored. At present, the risk factors for colon cancer are as follows: 1. High-fat diet. Adult fat supply accounts for no more than 35% of the total daily calories, which must contain sufficient amounts of essential fatty acids (mostly found in vegetable oils). If the long-term intake of high-fat diet, the incidence of colon cancer significantly increased. Comparing the dietary structure of developed countries and non-developed countries, people in developed countries tend to have a high-fat diet and have a higher incidence of colon cancer. Conversely, the incidence of colon cancer is lower in non-developed countries.
