过去几年铀矿市场萧条,迫使罗星(Rossing)铀矿公司把注意力集中在成本控制上了。开发研究了一个重要工程项目即计算机化汽车调度系统,目的在于减少汽车的需要量,从而节省购置和营运费用。本文介绍了罗星公司的开发途径:从影响汽车效率的主要领域的早期工作的研究直到设计出一个调车算法。说明了应用计算机系统的理由。这就要编制关于第一阶段数据收集的说明书,并购置通称管理信息系统(MIS)的报告装置。然后确定了调度算法的目标以及研究这种算法所采用的步骤。这包括对电铲、汽车生产率和费用的模拟以及对露天矿各种管理方法的调查研究;还包括线性规划的讨论。而后提出了包括在管理信息系统之内的两阶段的简便算法。最后,讨论了本公司自己开发研究与购买软件包加以对比的优点,并对为完成这类项目所需时间提出一些想法。
The uranium market slump in the past few years forced the Rossing uranium company to focus on cost control. An important engineering project, the computerized car dispatching system, was developed and researched with the aim of reducing the demand for cars, thereby saving acquisition and operating costs. This article describes the development path of Luoxing Company: from the study of the early work in the major areas affecting the efficiency of automobiles to designing a shunting algorithm. Explains the reason for using a computer system. This will require the preparation of instructions for the collection of data in the first phase and the purchase of a reporting device known as the Management Information System (MIS). Then the goal of the scheduling algorithm and the steps used to study this algorithm are determined. This includes the simulation of shovels, vehicle productivity and costs, and investigations of various management methods for open pit mines; it also includes discussion of linear programming. Then proposed a two-stage simple algorithm included in the management information system. Finally, we discussed the advantages of the company’s own development research and purchase of software packages, and proposed some ideas for the time needed to complete such projects.
