人性化在中学教育管理中的实施,一直备受中学教育行政化、应试教育的环境影响,因此,其落实与执行效果,总的来讲,也不甚理想。为促进新常态下中学教育事业不断向前发展,需加快推进教育的人性化管理。本文着重探讨了推进中学教育人性化管理创新的内在驱动,现实重要意义以及实施创新融入的具体措施,供广大同事们交流参考。
The implementation of humaneness in the management of secondary education has always been subject to the environmental impact of the administration of secondary education and exam-oriented education. Therefore, its implementation and execution results are generally not ideal. In order to promote the continuous development of secondary education in the new normal, it is necessary to speed up the humane management of education. This article focuses on exploring the intrinsic motivation of promoting the humane management innovation of secondary education, the significance of reality and the concrete measures of incorporating innovation into it, which can be used as reference for our colleagues.
