核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是体内最重要的抗氧化应激防御系统的核心转录因子,其所介导的Nrf2/ARE通路能够调控一系列体内抗氧化酶、Ⅱ相解毒酶和转运蛋白表达,维持细胞内外氧化还原平衡。近年来研究发现,Nrf2在心肌缺血再灌注损伤( MIRI)发生发展中发挥着重要作用,激活Nrf2从而增强机体抗氧化能力,能在一定程度上保护心肌,减轻缺血再灌注损伤,有望成为治疗MIRI的新靶点。因此,本文综述了Nrf2对MIRI的保护作用研究进展,以期为临床治疗MIRI提供新的思路。“,”Nuclear factor erythroid 2 -related factor 2 ( Nrf2 ) is a key transcriptional factor of endogenous antioxidant defense system, which maintains the redox balance by mediating Nrf2/ARE pathways that could regulate the expression of a battery of downstream antioxidant enzymes, phase Ⅱdetoxifying enzymes and transport proteins.Recent studies have demonstrated that Nrf2 plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of myo-cardial ischemia reperfusion injury ( MIRI) , thus activation of Nrf2 lead to the increase of antioxidant capacity, and eventually alleviates myocar-dial injury as well as exerts cardioprotection effect to some extent, which makes it a novel promising therapeutic target.Therefore, this paper re-views the research progress of the cardioprotection effect of Nrf2 in MIRI, attempting to provide innovative ideas about treatment for MIRI in clinical practice.
