为进一步增强省地税局机关工作人员服务意识,提高工作效率和服务水平,根据《云南省人民政府关于在全省行政机关推行服务承诺制首问责任制限时办结制的决定》(云政发[2008]11号),结合我局工作实际,制定本服务承诺。一、严格遵循“当天的事情当天办、紧急的事情立即办、复杂的事情协调办、份外的事情协助办、所有的事情依法办”的原则,方便办事人员,保障办事人员的合法权益。
In order to further enhance the service awareness of staff of Provincial and Local Taxation Bureau and improve the working efficiency and service level, according to the “Decision of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government on Setting a System for Making First Asks for Responsibility in the Implementation of Service Commitment System in the Province” (Yun Zheng Hair [2008] No. 11), combined with the actual work of our bureau to develop this service commitment. First, strictly abide by the principle of “the same day of the day to do things, emergency things immediately, complex things to do, things to help do things outside, all things in accordance with the law to do” to facilitate the staff to protect the legal staff rights and interests.
