本文用抗Thy-1.2单克隆抗体和补体在体外特异地去除C_(57)BL/6(H—2~b)小鼠骨髓中的T细胞,成功地对致死量照射的BALB/c(H—2~d)小鼠进行了异基因骨髓移植。移植后55天,异基因骨髓移植小鼠的免疫功能明显低于正常小鼠。在移植后45天,用每日100mg/kg剂量的刺五加多糖经腹腔连续给药10天,小鼠对胸腺不依赖抗原TNP-Ba的PFC反应以及对ConA和LPS增殖反应均较对照小鼠明显增加,但对胸腺依赖抗原SRBC的PFC反应以及BSA诱导的DTH反应无明显改善。
