本试验研究了多效唑对油莱秧苗生长的调节作用,同时用经修改的Suge(1975)流程提取分离并测定了内源ABA、GA_5和IAA含量的变化。多效唑处理后,油菜苗高显著矮化,叶片、叶柄和缩茎段长度都受到抑制而缩短。与此同时,植株内源ABA含量显著增加,GA_5和IAA含量明显降低。用外源GA_3逆转多效唑的抑制作用时,内源ABA含量明显下降,而GA_5和IAA含量则明显回升。因此,多效唑抑制油莱植株生长,使株高降低,叶片、叶柄和缩茎段长缩短,以及增强植株抗寒力的作用方式,是通过调节内源ABA、GA_5和IAA等多种激素的含量平衡和相互作用实现的。
In this study, the effects of paclobutrazol on the growth of oilseed rape seedlings were studied.
