以废弃混凝土制成再生粗骨料为主要骨料,掺加适量水泥、粉煤灰、激发剂和减水剂,制备建筑垃圾路面砖。在试验室研究再生粗骨料取代率、水胶比和激发剂掺量,对建筑垃圾路面砖抗压及抗折强度的影响。试验结果表明,在再生粗骨料取代率100%、水胶比0.43、激发剂掺量1.5%时,试样的7d、28d抗折强度分别为2.0MPa、4.3MPa,7d、28d抗压强度分别为15.6MPa、37.5MPa。
Recycled coarse aggregate made of waste concrete is taken as the main aggregate, and appropriate quantities of cement, fly ash, activator and water reducer are mixed to prepare construction waste pavement tiles. In the laboratory, the effects of the recycled coarse aggregate substitution ratio, the water-cement ratio and the activator dosage on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the construction rubble pavement slabs were studied. The test results show that the flexural strength of the sample at 7d and 28d are respectively 2.0MPa, 4.3MPa, 7d and 28d when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 100%, the water-cement ratio is 0.43 and the dosage of activator is 1.5% Respectively 15.6MPa, 37.5MPa.
