中西医结合工作,是在党中央制定的中西医结合方针指引下,以辩证唯物主义的观点,从我国医药卫生工作的实际情况出发,根据人民群众防病治病的需要而逐步发展起来的。为了实现党的十二大提出的奋斗目标,全面开创社会主义现代化建设的新局面,我们医疗卫生战线的同志需要进一步搞好中西医结合工作,努力开创中西医结合工作的新局面。在这方面,我军各级医疗卫生单位有许多工作要做。当前,关键的问题在于继续提高对中西医结合工作的思想认识,加强组织领导,充分调动中医、中西医结合人员的积极性,这样才能切切实实地把中西医结合
The integration of Chinese and Western medicine is based on the principle of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine formulated by the Party Central Committee. Based on the dialectical materialist point of view and proceeding from the actual situation of China’s medical and health work, it has gradually developed according to the needs of the people for preventing and curing diseases. In order to realize the goals set by the party’s 12th National Congress and to completely open up a new phase of socialist modernization, our comrades in the medical and health front need to further improve the integration of Chinese and Western medicine and strive to create a new situation in the integration of Chinese and Western medicine. In this regard, the medical and health units at all levels of our military have much work to do. At present, the key issue is to continue to improve the ideological understanding of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, strengthen the organization and leadership, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of Chinese and Western medicine personnel so that we can effectively integrate Chinese and Western medicine.
