对上海浦东国际机场T2航站楼张弦梁下弦-腹杆连接铸钢节点进行了足尺试验研究。试验分别进行了两种连接构造的节点在设计工况和破坏工况下的加载,并给出了各节点相应的应力-应变发展规律。足尺试验结果表明,试验加载系统的设计合理,能够较好地模拟试件在实际结构中的受力状况。该铸钢节点在设计荷载作用下能够满足强度和刚度的要求,节点在设计荷载作用下是安全且有一定裕度的。最后,对比了不同构造措施的连接节点的优缺点,并给出了一些设计建议。
A full-scale experimental study was carried out on the lower chord-web link cast steel node of Shanghai Pudong International Airport T2 Terminal. In the experiment, the joints of two kinds of joints were loaded under design condition and failure condition, and the corresponding stress-strain law of each node was given. Full-scale test results show that the design of the test loading system is reasonable and can well simulate the force condition of the specimen in the actual structure. The cast steel node can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness under the design load, and the node is safe and has a certain margin under the design load. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the connection nodes with different construction measures are compared, and some design suggestions are given.
