高龄患者常因伴有多种疾病，影响复苏的因素较多，一旦出现心跳呼吸骤停，抢救成功率较低［1］，高龄患者心跳呼吸骤停抢救成功，临床上鲜有报道。解放军总医院急诊科于2014年11月成功抢救了1例院前心跳呼吸停止10 min的高龄老年患者，现将救治体会报告如下。
