《听听那冷雨》是被誉为“右手写诗左手写散文,成就之高一时无两”(梁实秋语)的余光中先生的散文代表作之一。此文不仅几乎成为各种版本的作者文集中散文卷必不可少的“看家菜”①,而且已成为海峡两岸多家中国现代文学作品选集中的“拿手戏”②,甚至近年还被选入全国性高等学校文科类教科书,成为文学院诸专业学生必修的“精读篇目”之一③。海峡两岸的众多选家如此英雄所见略同,这不能不引起我们对《听听那冷雨》的足够的重视与关注。
“Listen to the cold rain” is one of the representative works of Mr. Yu Guangzhong, who is reputed as “the right-hand poem left-handed essay writing, the achievements of the high noon” (Liang Shiqiu language). This article not only becomes an indispensable “home cooking” in various versions of the essayist’s collection of prose, but has also become a “master” in the collection of many Chinese contemporary literary works on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Even in recent years, Into the nationwide liberal arts textbooks of colleges and universities, all colleges of literature to become professional compulsory “reading” one of ③. Many heroes on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are so similar to heroes that this can not but cause us enough attention and attention to “listening to the cold rain.”
