一、对标管理的涵义对标管理(Benchmarking & Benchmarks)又称基准管理、标杆管理等,其操作性极强,在国外运用非常普遍,国内也逐渐开始重视。由于对标管理来自实践,而且词汇翻译不尽相同,所以尚未有统一的定义。可以从不同角度来理解对标管理活动。(1)运营角度:对标管理是指组织为了削减运营成本、缩短流通时间、增加产品稳定性、降低库存和提高顾客满意度,确认与鉴别出那些出类拔萃的、并可以为组织直接采用的,或经过必要的改造后可为组织所采用的产品、服务、流程以及经营管理实践的系统化的思维方式。
