目的分析丰县近年梅毒流行特征和流行趋势,为制定梅毒防治措施提供参考依据。方法通过国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统收集丰县2010―2015年梅毒疫情数据,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2010―2015年丰县共报告梅毒病例534例,年均发病率为7.69/10万,发病率由2010年的5.88/10万上升到2015年的10.16/10万。梅毒分期以隐性梅毒(311例,占58.24%)和Ⅰ期梅毒(141例,占26.40%)为主。全县14个镇均有病例报告,报告病例数最多的是凤城镇,共报告122例,占总病例数的22.85%。男性为219例,女性315例,男女性别比为1∶1.44。病例年龄主要集中在20~49岁年龄段的青壮年人群,共报告382例,占总病例数的71.54%。职业以农民最多,共报告320例,占总病例数的59.93%。结论 2010―2015年丰县梅毒疫情呈上升趋势,加强对重点人群性病防治知识教育、疾控部门做好疫情监测、医疗部门规范治疗和报告等都是控制疫情蔓延的有效措施。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and prevalence of syphilis in Feng County in recent years and provide reference for making syphilis prevention and control measures. Methods The data of syphilis epidemic in Fengxian from 2010 to 2015 were collected through the National Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 534 syphilis cases were reported in Fengxian County from 2010 to 2015, with an average annual incidence rate of 7.69 / 100 000. The incidence rate rose from 5.88 / 100 000 in 2010 to 10.16 / 100 000 in 2015. Syphilis staging with latent syphilis (311 cases, accounting for 58.24%) and Ⅰ syphilis (141 cases, accounting for 26.40%) based. The county has 14 cases of township report, the largest number of reported cases of phoenix town, a total of 122 cases, accounting for 22.85% of the total number of cases. There were 219 males and 315 females, with a sex ratio of 1: 1.44. The age of the patients mainly concentrated in the young adults aged 20-49 years, a total of 382 cases were reported, accounting for 71.54% of the total number of cases. Occupation of peasants up to a total of 320 cases were reported, accounting for 59.93% of the total number of cases. Conclusion The epidemic situation of syphilis in Fengxian County is on the rise in 2010-2015. The knowledge of STD prevention and treatment in key populations is strengthened. Disease control departments are good at monitoring epidemic situation, and standardized treatment and reporting by medical departments are all effective measures to control the epidemic.
