力量训练是专项训练的重要组成部分,本文通过对力量训练的分析认识,提出了自己认为较为合理的练习方法。希望能为广大体育工作者在训练实践中有所借鉴、帮助。
Strength training is an important part of special training. Based on the analysis and understanding of strength training, this article puts forward some practice methods that I think are more reasonable. Hope that the majority of sports workers in the training practice can learn from the help.
