采用金相显微镜、电子显微镜配合能谱分析、辉光光谱仪及电化学方法,对产生黄斑缺陷的镀锡板进行了分析和研究。检验结果表明,镀锡板表面黄色斑点是锡的氧化物;进一步的分析发现,黄斑缺陷的产生与镀锡机组在生产过程中辊子对镀锡板的擦伤有关,由于在镀锡板生产过程中表面锡层和钝化膜被擦伤,破坏了锡层和铬酸盐钝化膜的连续性,当遇到空气中的湿气时,擦伤处的腐蚀电流比没有擦伤的正常镀锡板的腐蚀电流大,使这些区域的耐蚀能力降低,容易氧化发黄,从而导致黄斑缺陷的产生。
The metallographic microscope, electron microscopy with energy spectrum analysis, glow spectrometer and electrochemical method were used to analyze and study the tinplate which caused the macular defect. The test results showed that the yellow spots on the surface of tinplate were tin oxides. Further analysis showed that the occurrence of macular defects was related to the abrasion of the tin plate by the roller in the production process of the tin plating machine. The surface of the tin layer and the passivation film is scratched, destroying the continuity of the tin layer and chromate passivation film, when faced with moisture in the air, the abrasion current corrosion than the non-scratched normal plating Tin corrosion current, so that these areas reduce the corrosion resistance, easy oxidation yellow, resulting in the production of macular defects.
