目的:调查重症监护室(ICU)护士感知护士长变革型领导行为,分析其对护士创新效能感的影响。方法:选取409名ICU护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、变革型领导行为调查问卷和创新效能感量表进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士感知护士长变革型领导行为得分为(99.49±18.52)分;创新效能感得分为(71.23±15.61)分;ICU护士感知的护士长变革型领导行为中的个性化关怀、愿景激励为护士创新效能感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:变革型领导行为可以对ICU护士的创新效能感起到积极的促进作用,ICU护士长应当适当采取变革型领导行为进行护理管理,促进ICU护士的创新效能感水平,提高ICU护理服务质量。
Objective: To investigate how nurses in intensive care unit (ICU) perceive change leadership in nurses and analyze their impact on nurses’ innovation efficacy. Methods: A total of 409 ICU nurses were selected as research subjects. Questionnaires of general information, leadership behavior change questionnaire and innovation efficacy scale were used to conduct questionnaire survey. Results: The scores of perceived head nurses ’transformational leadership behavior were (99.49 ± 18.52) points, the scores of innovation efficacy were (71.23 ± 15.61) points, and the individualized care and visionary motivation of head nurses’ transformational leadership behaviors perceived by ICU nurses Factors influencing nurses’ innovation efficacy (P <0.05). Conclusion: Transformational leadership behavior can play a positive role in promoting the innovation efficacy of ICU nurses. The chief nurse of ICU should take the leadership of transformational leadership appropriately for nursing management, promote the innovation efficacy of ICU nurses, and improve the quality of ICU nursing service.
