结合小型圆锥滚子轴承的结构特点和生产实际情况,对传统的小型圆锥滚子轴承毛坯锻造工艺进行优化,将向心球轴承毛坯分套工艺和新型压坡平高制坯工艺相结合,利用现有160T套锻生产线实现了小型圆锥滚子轴承毛坯内外圈的同时加工,生产实践证明,套圈锻造生产效率及材料利用率均得到了提高。
