短波通截止滤光片(SWPF)能够对公共电视天线(CATV)传输系统中的不同信号进行抑制和区分,是光纤CATV传输系统中的重要组成器件。为了降低传输噪声,改善信号传输质量,针对传输系统中截止滤光片的参数要求,选择适合的薄膜材料。通过建立膜系结构的等效层模型,对其求导模拟测试结果,并对膜料光控tooling值及对特定敏感度较高膜层的膜厚进行调整,解决了实际镀膜过程中的膜层失配问题,制备了采用较少膜层的短波通截止滤光片,在1110~1360 nm波段反射率小于1%,在1490 nm±20 nm波段透射率小于0.08%,在1550 nm±20 nm波段透射率小于0.05%。该滤光片可以满足CATV传输系统环境使用要求。
SWPF can suppress and distinguish different signals in the CATV transmission system and is an important component in the fiber CATV transmission system. In order to reduce the transmission noise and improve the quality of the signal transmission, aiming at the parameter requirements of the cut-off filter in the transmission system, a suitable thin film material is selected. By establishing the equivalent layer model of film structure, the simulation test results are obtained and the light control tooling value of the film material and the film thickness of the film with the higher sensitivity are adjusted to solve the problem that the film Layer mismatch problem, a short wave-pass cut-off filter with less film layers was prepared. The reflectivity was less than 1% at 1110 ~ 1360 nm, less than 0.08% at 1490 nm ± 20 nm and at 1550 nm ± 20 nm band transmittance is less than 0.05%. The filter can meet CATV transmission system environment requirements.
