虹膜血管增生,特别是新生血管性青光眼(NVG)的治疗和视力问题,至今仍未得到满意的解决。传统的青光眼治疗对NVG无效,许多其它治疗的长期效果仍不满意。令人鼓舞的是对视网膜新生血管做全视网膜光凝术,并对有屈光介质混浊者做全视网膜冷凝术已取得疗效,而且治疗后均出现虹膜新生血管(NVI)的退化。应用前段视网膜冷凝术(ARC)和全视网膜冷凝术治疗NVG已有不同程度的疗效。作者等前瞻性研究了62眼单独用前段视网膜冷凝术治疗NVG的疗效,术后随访一年以上。 (一)材料和方法:60例NVI和NVG
The treatment of iris angiogenesis, especially neovascular glaucoma (NVG), and vision problems have not yet been satisfactorily addressed. Traditional glaucoma treatment is ineffective with NVG and the long-term effects of many other treatments are not satisfactory. It is encouraging to have a full retinal photocoagulation of retinal neovascularization and full curative retinal condensation in patients with refractive media haze, which has been shown to degrade iris neovascularization (NVI) after treatment. The application of anterior segment retinal condensation (ARC) and total retinal condensation in the treatment of NVG has varying degrees of efficacy. The authors prospectively studied the efficacy of 62 eyes of NVG treated with anterior segment retinal condensation alone and followed up for more than one year. (A) Materials and Methods: 60 cases of NVI and NVG
