我校是一所地处较偏僻的农村初级中学,现有十八个教学班,六十名教职工(包括临合工)。一九八二年,教师中只有两名六十年代的中师毕业生和两名“文革”期间的大专生,其余都是近几年的高中、中师毕业生;教师中教龄满十年的只有四人,教龄不满三年的占一半。师资水平低,给教学带来了困难。学校党支部认为,一个学校教育质量的高低,关键在教师。只有下决心培养一支教学过得硬的教师队伍,才能提高教育质量。几年来,学校在提高教师的水平方面做了多方面的工作。
Our school is located in a relatively remote junior middle school in rural areas. There are currently 18 classes and 60 faculty and staff (including Proma). In 1982, there were only two middle school graduates in the 1960s and 2 junior college students during the Cultural Revolution. The rest were high school and secondary school graduates in recent years; There are only four people, half of whom are dissatisfied for three years. The low level of teachers has brought difficulties to teaching. The school Party branch believes that the quality of a school’s education is the key to teachers. Only by deciding to develop a hard-educated teaching team can we improve the quality of education. Over the past few years, the school has done a variety of work in raising the level of teachers.
