“当前,有的企业钻法律的空子,规避自己所应承担的义务,劳动用工不规范,劳动合同签订率低。在执法工作方面,劳动保障执法监察工作缺乏长效机制……”近日,在淮安市淮阴区政协举行的“职工权益保护”委员约谈会上,委员们指出了当前职工权益保护方面存在的一些深层次问题。对此,委员们纷纷建言献策。委员们认为,切实维护好职工合法权益,一是要做好职工维权工作,必须加强政策法规的宣传,使企业经营者了解相关法律法规,提升企业经营者的自身素质。
