游梁式抽油机,是靠高速运转的电动机通过皮带带动减速箱和曲柄连杆机构,把高速旋转运动转化为驴头的上下往复运动。再由驴头带动抽油杆做上下往复运动,抽油杆带动井下管柱实现抽采作业。在油气田的开采开发过程中,抽油机(俗称“磕头机”)作为主要的抽采设备,有着至关重要的地位。然而在抽油机使用的过程中也存在着一定的风险,对抽油机风险的管理显得尤为重要。本文通过对游梁式抽油机在运行中存在的风险点的分析和归纳,并结合现场应用找出了对其风险管控的有效措施,保障安全、连续、平稳、有效运行。
Beam pumping unit, is driven by high-speed motor through the belt drive gearbox and crank connecting rod mechanism, the high-speed rotary motion into the horse head up and down reciprocating motion. And then by the donkey head sucker rod to do the reciprocating motion up and down, sucker rod drive underground wells to achieve pumping operations. In the development of oil and gas fields, pumping units (commonly known as “kowtow machine”) as the main extraction equipment, has a crucial position. However, there is a certain risk in the process of using the pumping unit, and the management of the pumping unit risk is particularly important. This paper analyzes and summarizes the risk points existing in the operation of the beam pumping unit, and finds out the effective measures to control the risk with the application in the field, so as to ensure the safe, continuous, stable and effective operation.
