认为倦怠正成为现代社会的职业通病,主要体现在情感耗竭、人格解体和低职业效能感三个方面。测量职业倦怠的主要工具是MBI,但诊断标准不一。基于调查分析,实证研究MBI-GS在高校图书馆员职业倦怠测量中的信度和效度,并基于数据分析,对高校图书馆员在不同维度上的倦怠水平和整体倦怠程度作出相应诊断。
Considering that burnout is becoming a common problem in modern society, it mainly manifests in three aspects: emotional exhaustion, disintegration of personality and low professional efficacy. The main tool for measuring job burnout is the MBI, but the diagnostic criteria vary. Based on the investigation and analysis, this paper empirically studies the reliability and validity of MBI-GS in the measurement of job burnout among university librarians. Based on the data analysis, it makes a corresponding diagnosis on the level of burnout and the degree of total burnout of university librarians in different dimensions.
