青少年胃癌以其特殊的临床表现而引起人们的重视,文献报道逐年增多,发病率一般占胃癌的1～4%.我院1957～1980年共收治14至30岁经病理诊断胃癌25例,占同期胃癌病人的3.65%.现结合本院同期住院30岁以上成年组胃癌661例的临床资料对比分析如下:
Adolescent gastric cancer has attracted people’s attention due to its special clinical manifestations, and the literature has been increasing year by year. The incidence rate generally accounts for 1% to 4% of gastric cancer. In our hospital from 1957 to 1980 a total of 25 patients with pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer from 14 to 30 years of age were included. At the same time, 3.65% of gastric cancer patients were compared with the clinical data of 661 patients with gastric cancer in the adult group over the age of 30 in the same period of this hospital.
