钢丝绳作为连接启闭机和水工闸门的关键构件,因其外表直观,结构简单,维护保养的重要性往往不被重视。在分析启闭机钢丝绳失效原因的基础上,对如何正确选择钢丝绳的型号、怎样确定连接方式以及计算最小破断拉力等问题进行了归纳总结;阐述了在实际工作中如何有效地进行钢丝绳的检查、养护和维修等问题。其经验不仅实用可靠,而且效果很好,可供从事水工闸门的管理人员参考。
Rope as a key component connecting gate hoist and hydraulic gate, because of its intuitive appearance, simple structure, the importance of maintenance are often not taken seriously.
