利用数值方法分析了板料厚度、摩擦系数、压边力以及拉延筋对DP800高强度板Π形件弯曲回弹的影响规律。根据理论分析的结果,提出了通过合理设置拉延筋以控制回弹的工艺措施,并应用到DP800高强度钢门槛板冲压的回弹控制中,得到了合格的零件。
The influence of sheet thickness, friction coefficient, blank holder force and drawbead on flexural rebound of DP800 high-strength plate Π -shape was analyzed by numerical method. According to the result of the theoretical analysis, we put forward the technical measures to control rebound by setting the drawbead reasonably and apply it to the rebound control of DP800 high-strength steel sill-plate stamping, and get the qualified parts.
