利用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对改良掖单 19( 80 0 1× 52 10 6)、原掖单 19( 4 78×52 10 6)及亲本 80 0 1、 4 78、 52 10 6种子清蛋白 (Albumin)进行了研究。改良掖单 19共分离出 18条清蛋白谱带 ,除了 7条是双亲都有的公共带外 ,其余 11条是分别来自于双亲的互补带 ,其中4条来自 80 0 1,7条来自 52 10 6,没有新生带的产生 ,在A区和B区表现双亲共显性 ,在C区表现偏父类型 ;原掖单 19共分离出 16条清蛋白谱带 ,比改良掖单 19少两条 ,在谱带分布上也存在明显差别。改良掖单 19与原掖单 19的清蛋白谱带彼此不能相互替代。
By using improved polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis technique, the effects of improving the quality of Yedan 19 (80 0 1 × 52 10 6), the original Yedan 19 (4 78 × 52 10 6) and the parents 80 0 1, 4 78, 52 10 6 seeds Albumin was studied.
