本文研究结果表明，①二步生根法可以使芦笋在组织培养中的生根率达到８０％，初生根均为白色的实根，全部由茎尖下端直接长出，不含愈伤组织。②培养基中添加多效唑有利于提高生根率，改善根质，并促使壮苗的形成。③不同芦笋品种对生根率影响明显。
The results of this study showed that: ①The two-step rooting method can make asparagus rooting rate of 80% in tissue culture, the primary root are white real roots, all directly from the lower tip of the shoot tip, without callus. ② adding paclobutrazol in the medium is beneficial to improve the rooting rate, improve the root quality and promote the formation of strong seedlings. ③ different varieties of asparagus rooting significantly affected.
