目的建立京大戟中大戟二烯醇的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用汉邦Benetnach C8(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(83∶17),流速为1 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为203 nm。结果大戟二烯醇进样量在0.47~2.85μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.96%(n=6),RSD为0.97%。结论该方法能够准确测定京大戟中大戟二烯醇的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of forskolin in Euphorbia. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Benetnach C8 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (83:17) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min- Temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength of 203 nm. Results The linear range was 0.47 ~ 2.85μg (r = 0.9999). The average recoveries were 99.96% (n = 6) and RSD was 0.97%. Conclusion This method can accurately determine the concentration of decapeptides in Euphorbia.
