本文在简介遗传工程概念的基础上,概述了遗传工程应用于生物制药的动向,着重介绍了应用遗传工程研究和生产胰岛素、生长激素等激素类药物以及疫苗、干扰素、抗生素的主要方法和实际意义。认为以遗传工程进行药物生产,不但产量提高、并且对人类更安全有效。目前,遗传工程的开展尚存在一定的困难,但可以预期;这门新兴科学将会在制药工业上取得辉煌成就。
Based on the introduction of the concept of genetic engineering, this paper summarizes the application of genetic engineering in biopharmaceuticals, and mainly introduces the application of genetic engineering to research and produce the hormone drugs such as insulin and growth hormone as well as the main methods of vaccine, interferon and antibiotics significance. It is considered that the production of drugs by genetic engineering will not only increase the yield but also be safer and more effective for human beings. At present, there are still some difficulties in carrying out genetic engineering, but it is expected that this emerging science will make brilliant achievements in the pharmaceutical industry.
