有个朋友,在一所大学的生命科学学院做教授,近年来一直致力于研究人的养生、长寿等问题。有次吃饭,我半开玩笑半认真地问他:“方教授,你都研究长寿这么多年了,有啥研究成果向我们透露一下没有啊?”方教授放下手中的筷子,很认真地说道:“研究成果有很多,现在正在和同事撰写一本关于长寿方面的书籍。不过我倒是可以给你们透露一点,凡是长寿的人,绝大多数都有一个共同点,那就是养成了生活规律的好习惯。”
