前言利用经典的电涡流效应构成的非接触位移传感器、用于工程位移振幅测量是近年的事。在国际上从60年代开始出现这种产品、具有代表性的是美国Bently Nevada 公司的产品。1975年我们开始研制这种传感器,1977年研制成我国第一台用于非接触测量位移振动的电涡流仪表ZZF—5310。1978年研制成耐温250℃的高温位移传感器和能同时测量六个点的六通道电涡流测振仪。1981年研制成用于转速测量的FD—7834精密频率直流转换器。
Preface The use of classic eddy current effect of non-contact displacement sensor, used in engineering displacement amplitude measurement in recent years.
