In the past few months, I discussed project success and the project manager’s contribution to project success. In Issue 7 of 2006, I proposed that the project manager’s leadership style and emotional intelligence are the success factors for the project, requiring different leadership styles across different types of projects. But I assume that all the projects are the same, and all the project managers are the same except for their leadership style.
