目的观察E-MAX全瓷修复体修复前牙牙体缺损3个月后的临床效果。方法选择20例患者共制作50个E-MAX全瓷修复体,3个月后复查,通过临床检查评价修复体完整度、边缘适合度、牙龈健康情况、颜色匹配效果。结果 E-MAX全瓷修复体有良好边缘适合度。无牙龈炎症、无继发龋、边缘变色及明显的颜色不协调。结论 E-MAX全瓷修复体具有良好的临床效果,是较理想的前牙美容修复材料。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of E-MAX all-ceramic restoration on anterior tooth defects after 3 months. Methods A total of 50 E-MAX all-ceramic restorations were selected from 20 patients and were reviewed after 3 months. The completeness, marginal fit, gingival health and color matching were evaluated by clinical examination. Results E-MAX all-ceramic restoration has good edge fit. No gingivitis, no secondary caries, discoloration of the edges and inconspicuous color. Conclusion E-MAX all-ceramic restoration has a good clinical effect and is an ideal cosmetic material for anterior teeth.
