本文采用免疫组织化学方法,研究了纤维连接素在人和大白鼠血管壁及血小板表面的分布及其类型。纤维连接素较密集地分布于内皮基膜区和内皮下层,细胞型和血浆型纤维连接素同时存在,越靠腔面越丰富;中膜的弹性腆之间有纤维连接素分布,主要为细胞型;外膜的结缔组织内也有大量血浆型和细胞型纤维连接素。中动脉壁内纤维连接素的分布与大动脉相似。人动脉内皮下层的细胞型纤维连接素较大白鼠丰富。静止血小板表面无纤维连接素分布,当用凝血酶激活后,血小板表面出现纤维连接素,主要为血浆型。活化血小板表面的纤维连接素来自血小板本身。
In this paper, immunohistochemistry was used to study the distribution and types of fibronectin on the surface of human and rat blood vessels and platelets. The distribution of fibronectin in the middle artery was similar to that in the aorta. Arterial endothelial cells of the lower cell fibronectin more abundant rats. No fibronectin was distributed on the surface of resting platelets. When activated by thrombin, fibronectin appeared on the surface of platelets, mainly plasma type. The fibronectin on the surface of activated platelets comes from the platelets themselves.
