按脑卒中临床神经功能评分标准对55例急性脑出血患者进行评分并将其分成轻、中、重三组,比较这三患者组与对照组、重型组中死亡与存活病人的红、白细胞滤过性,发现各组间红细胞的滤过性无重要差异,但白细胞的滤过性则差异十分显著。相关性检验表明白细胞滤过性降低与临床神经功能缺损两者呈密切正相关。故作者认为测定白细胞滤过性对评估脑出血急性期患者神经功能障碍程度和预后有重要价值。
Fifty-five patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into mild, moderate and severe three groups according to the standard of clinical neurological function score of stroke. Compared with the control group and the three groups, the death and survival of the patients in the severe group were red and white blood cell filter Passive, found no significant differences in the filtration of erythrocytes among the groups, but the differences in the filtration of leukocytes is very significant. Correlation tests showed that decreased leukocyte filtration and clinical neurological deficits were closely related to each other. Therefore, the authors believe that the determination of leukocyte filtration rate in the evaluation of acute cerebral hemorrhage in patients with neurological dysfunction and prognosis of great value.
