随着医务人员社会与工作压力的不断增大,积极乐观的心理状态成为其胜任工作的决定性因素。本文根据心理资本的理论,结合医务人员工作特点,对医务人员心理资本的内涵做出了进一步界定,分析了心理资本对医务人员工作态度与行为的积极影响,并在人力资源管理六大模块理论基础之上,将心理资本纳入其中,讨论了医务人员心理资本识别与开发的人力资源管理策略。
With the increasing social and work pressure of medical personnel, a positive and optimistic psychological state has become the decisive factor in their competent work.
